Built a "walk up and use" touch-screen kiosk. My first approach was to take a survey on how people are using a kiosk at grocery stores through Surveymonkey.com. The major selling point of my kiosk is that it recommends recipes upon individual's preferences and buying patterns, in other word, I designed a personalized kiosk which helps users not only to locate desired ingredients but also personalized recipes which will increase users experience as well as the grocery store's sales... Redesigned on wireless media player control with a better interaction and usability. By having a detachable PCMCIA remote controller, users enjoy wider operation range with more reliable signal reception while the old K750 has unstable connection and requires series of manual setup processes.
